Scientific-technical features of the manufactured products

The manufactured products have unique combination of high strenght and electrical conductivity as well as record-level small-cycle fatigue properties. Nanocomposite wirings feature mechanical strength comparable to steel ones (1200-1500 MPa), their electrical conductivity reaches 75-85 % from conductivity of high-pure annealed copper. The technology does not have any analogues either in Russia or in the world and makes it possible to manufacture long composite wires from a cutting-edge material.

An effect of an anomalous increase of strenght and electrical conductivity in the nanocomposite material is resulted from its nanometric structure and associated with the formation of a new type of inter-phase semicoherent boundary lines of wire components.
